| @Tapix Ich hatte das zwar schonmal gepostet, aber für dich mach ich das nochmal. Masa and Gackt met in New York. A beautiful friendship started at that very moment. Gackt asked Masa if he played the guitar, Masa refused, saying he does not know how to play, but urged Gackt to play for him. Gackt and JOB played so beautifully, causing him to want to join. Why did Masa not played in the first place? Masa said it was because he did not want this friendship to be connected by mere music. He wanted something more. Was Masa in love with Gackt then? Yes, I believe so. Masa went to Japan, started playing with GacktJOB. His friendship with Gackt grew. Masa was a shy person, yes he indeed was. He did everything for Gackt. He learned to make public appearances, to smile, to dress up, everything. He did what Gackt told him to, never once, did he argue back. Masa's true identity began to lose itself then. I guess Gackt never noticed, or never bothered to. In the course of about the 4 years time Masa was with Gackt, they did many things together. Gackt had petnamed him Masa-kyun (awww...). Gackt had also said that Masa does everything with such passion that it is so cute (awww... I agree with you, Gacchan!). They also shared that special "Vanilla" time together. Gackt introduced Masa as the one "who loves me every night." All this and much more... But what went wrong? What made Masa decide he had to leave? At Masa's first Spiky concert tour... "You devote your entire world to one person, but when that person doesn't feel the same, it's an unhealthy relationship; once you realize this, you think about 'what should I do for me to help me gain the love and respect i need?' Spiky was born out of this feeling." was his explanation. "I loved a man..." "He did not love me for myself..." "There was no meaning behind it anymore..." All this... All this was what was wrong. Spiky Song, "Little by Little" was written in contrast to the situation... "Faking truth of reason, searching empty boxes Finding nothing in place of trapping tight and gorgeous Making public image, training smiling perfect Dressing head to toe, being socialized I was killing myself for you believed in what you said hiding myself for you trying to be what you said little by little one by one even it's so baby step I want to be myself Hiding inside so scaring showing through publicity Keeping away nobody going back to shelter Brain washing for the system to be fit in Escalated meaning being isolated Making excuse for nothing Running away from nothing Frightened out of nothing Anxious time for nothing" Now, Masa-kyun seeks to fly free. His true potential was never shown in GacktJOB. Masa did not play much, all parts were mostly done by ChaCha. But, now that he can be himself... He doesn't want their friendship to be build on his pretense anymore. He knows there's got to be more meaning than that. Is there hope? Gackt hasn't yet replaced Masa's position in hopes Masa will come back. Will Masa? This, I can't say. However, whatever Masa chooses to do, I'll be behind him 100% and support him. If he chooses to go back to GacktJOB, I hope to hear more guitar playing from him. I hope Gackt will let Masa be himself. I hope more publicity will go to GacktJOB. If he chooses to stay with Spiky, some day, I hope to see his music in the top ten of the Oricon chart, his face on the front cover of WO.
