| hab mal eben grad Hydes comments zu seinen 666 songs ausgegraben: mit bestem Dank an perdita-san für die Übersetzung *huggles* HORIZON I started making this song about a year ago. I didn't struggle much with this song, so I don't really remember what was going on those days. The song ended up with a much more "wide" feel to it than I had expected, so I gave it the name "HORIZON" which was a word I already had in the English lyrics. These days I'm not feeling particularily great, and in this song I'm telling myself that no matter how bad things are, I don't want to make a "lethal" error. For example, there are times when it's easier to lie, but that's the wrong thing to do, so I want to not take the easy path, and keep battling on. Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds My first cover song. The original is by the Beatles. I've never really listened to the Beatles and have so little familiarity that I don't even know the difference between the Beatles and Zuutorubi (old Japanese boy pop group bii-to-ru-zu - zuu-to-ru-bi. see? hyde made a joke). I knew that the Beatles had a lot of good songs, but I don't like old music, including the Beatles. If it's not from the 80's onwards, I can't listen to it. But one day, I woke from a dream to find "Strawberry Fields Forever" running through my head. I thought it would sound cool if we did it, so I took the Beatles "best of" album along to the studio. But when we listened to it, no one could really get into it, so we decided to do another song. When we flicked through the songs we decided on Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds right away. When I tried to sing it, I found it fit perfectly with my vocal range and it felt good. At first I did covers at lives because I didn't have enough songs, but once I did it, I liked it and decided to put it on the album, but in the end it ended up as the coupling for HORIZON. [talk: I hadn't done any lives for a while so I there was a part of me that was starved for love. I wanted to get together with everyone and rock out (i'm sorry... it's the best english i can think of for "sawagitai"... furukkusai~), so I wanted to make an album with a lot of hard rock songs. I managed to get it together pretty quickly. At first I had 15 songs or so, but it was difficult to arrange them so I got rid of some, and just kept the songs I liked. I kept live performances in mind when I chose the song order.] 01. SWEET VANILLA This is the song that best expresses the musical approach I wanted to take this time around. I wanted to start the album with this song. The chorus of this song is not a woman, it's me. 02. HELLO ALbum mix. It's a good song, and I think you can listen to it with a new perspective in an album. 03. WORDS OF LOVE I played this song a few times live. Takeda Shinji played with us sometimes and he played it amazingly on the sax, so I had him play on the album as well. This song is good to take a breather after a fast set. 04. HORIZON See above ^_^ 05. PRAYER I started making this song somet time in September. At that stage I had a fair idea about the album concept, and I wanted some more heavy songs, so I made this with a "slow and heavy" theme. 06. MASQUERADE This song really "blasts off". The person speaking English isn't me. If I were to do it, it would take about a week, so I asked Anis of Monoral to do it. This song blows you away at lives. Usually you put the climax of the song in the chorus, but I think it's boring! I didn't want it to be the same as everyone else. It seems my throat is strong, doesn't it? 07. MIDNIGHT CELEBRATION I started making this song in September. I needed a heavy song, but I also wanted a fast, hard core song. I made this song from the bass riff. 08. SHINING OVER YOU In slight contrast to the rest of the album, this song is mellow, but I thought this would be the place to put a brief lull. This is the song I laboured the most over. The final words - "Sayonara" - were there from the initial working stage and I expanded the lyrics from there. 09. FRUITS OF CHAOS This is the song that while making it, I kept live performance in mind the most. Hard songs make up the most part of lives, but if you put in this type of song then the live really takes off. The lyrics of this song are made up of questions I have about the world. 10. HIDEAWAY This is the first song I wrote. Maybe around September last year? Until that time I had made peaceful songs, but I wanted to make more hard songs, and this was done very quickly. | Also, das Mädl heißt Hinano und ist heute 20 Jahre alt. Damals war sie wie gesagt 14 und er 28 (und ich dachte schon, ich hätte ne Macke, da ich mit 17 in einen 30-jährigen verliebt war ^.^; XD) (There is a girl names Hinano Yoshikawa, and she supposedly dated hyde (L'Arc) and then dumped him because of the age difference (she 14, he 28). But then she dated Tetsu, also from L'Arc, who is ALSO 28. After they broke up, she dated Izam (Shazna) and they were married for a while. | Wuaaaahhh ich hab eben Haido´s Lieder "Horizon"und "lucy in the sky with diamonds"gehört. Gefallen mir gut^^ Hat schon jemand Hyde´s live Auftritt bei "Music Station"gesehen? Mein Gott, der Gute rockt wieder ab*g* Ich hab gedacht gleich fällt er wegen Sauerstoffmangels um, weil er sich so viel Mühe mit dem Lied gemacht hat *_*ggg* Gefällt mir. Aba kann es sein, dass Haido zugenommen hat? Net, dass es mich stören würde, aba sein Gesicht kam mir bei dem Auftritt breiter vor*lol* Er ist sowieso viel zu dünn. Normaleweise kann ich mir nicht vorstellen einen Mann, der älter als 6 Jahre ist, an meiner Seite vorzustellen... aber ich war ja noch nie richtig verliebt und sicher herrscht in der Liebe ganz andere Regeln^-^ @Luna Hab den Auftritt zwar net gesehen, zustimmen will ich dir trotzdem, dass Hyde etwas zu dünn ist, obwohl ich eh nicht auf starkgebauten Typen stehe, ist Hyde doch etwas zu dünn. Aber von seinem Konditionen auf der Bühne aus gesehen, muss er trotzdem ziemlich fitt sein, sonst würde keiner solche Anstrengungen durchhalten. Wenn er wirklich dicker geworden ist, freu ich mich natürlich für ihn!! Bestimmt kann er das Baby im Bauch schon fühlen und isst deswegen vor Freude mehr!! Vielleicht werfe ich einfach paar Fragen durch den Gegend um die Stimmung ein bisschen zu heben.... - In welche Situation im alltäglichen Leben (z.B mit Megumi und Kind) könnt ihr Hyde am besten vorstellen? - Welchen Outfits, die Hyde bislang getragen hat, gefallen euch am besten? Da ich ja net alle Auftritte und so was kenne, sagen wir mal so welchen Art von Outfits. - Was würdet ihr tun, wenn eines Tages Hyde vor euren Haustür steht? (hihi, darüber habe ich selbst noch nie nachgedacht XD) - Was haben L'Arc bzw. Hyde-san so fanszinierendes an sich, dass ihr so für ihnen schwärmt?? Dann würde ich ihn am nächsten Tag mit in die Schule nehmen und sagen "DAS ist mein Traummann" und "So muss ein Mann aussehen, net so schwul wie eure Kerle-_-" Und dann würde ich ihn bei mir behalten.
