Beschreibung: This is the new season teaser for our current slogan "Taking Care of Bu$iness - The Edhutschek Empire". The purpose of this video is to show you, in a usual funny way, what is our opinion and motive about the new motto.

I do this under a little time pressure since the "Japan City" was just around the corner and I wanted to ensure a premiere there.
So this clip includes also a couple of stock images and material from our video archiv.

I hope you will like our new slogan as much as we do and hopefully we can see each other on one of the many Conventions this year.

Beschreibung: Das war die zweite Hatscho die ich bis jetzt besuchen durfte und es hat wieder eine Menge Spaß gemacht! Zusammenfassend kann man sagen, dass einige heiser vom Karaoke sein werden, viele Spiele gespielt wurden, es schöne Cosplays gab etc.

Ich hoffe man sieht sich Ende März! ;-)

Beschreibung: Die Anime-, Manga- & Japan-Convention: http://www.wiemaikai.de. Der wie.mai.kai e.V. war am 17.10. und 18.10.2009 auf der Frankfurter Buchmesse im Cosplay Corner des Congress Centers mit einem eigenen Stand vertreten. Ebenfalls gab Wolfgang Hohlbein im Cosplay Corner eine Autogrammstunde.
Wir danken allen Besuchern und Interessierten für das entgegengebrachte Interesse und für die tollen Gesprächen.

Beschreibung: Rund 100.000 Besucher verzeichneten die 40 Einzelveranstaltungen der Japan Week 2011 an acht Tagen im November.Vom 5. bis 12. November bereichert die JAPAN WEEK 2011 das kulturelle Leben der Stadt: Musiker, Tänzer & Künstler aus Japan präsentieren die Kultur und Tradition ihres Landes an unterschiedlichen Aufführungsorten in Frankfurt. Spielorte sind u.a. der Palmengarten, der Römer und das Schauspiel Frankfurt sowie der Saalbau Bornheim und eine große Bühne auf der Hauptwache.
Am Sonntag den 6. November fand auf der Hauptwache im Rahmen des Bühnenprogramms eine farbenfrohe Cosplay Show des gemeinnützigen Vereins wie.mai.kai e.V. statt.

Round about 100 000 visitors were recorded in 40 individual events of Japan Week 2011. In sunny autumn weather were the Hauptwache and the Palmgarten popular places for visitors interested in Japanese culture.JAPAN WEEK 2011, which takes place on 5-12 November, is set to surprise and delight Frankfurt with a dazzling array of musicians, dancers and artists presenting Japanese culture and traditions at selected venues across the city. Venues include the Palmengarten botanical garden, the Römer (Frankfurt's historic city hall), the Schauspiel theatre and the Saalbau Bornheim event location, plus a large stage on Hauptwache square, where the spectacular opening ceremony will take place.
At Sunday the 6th Novmber was held by the non-profit organisation wie.mai.kai e.V. at the Hauptwache a colourful cosplay show as apart of the stage programme.

Beschreibung: Die Anime-, Manga- und Japan-Convention „Wie.MAI.KAI 2011 -- Die Rhein-Main-Con" fand am 25. und 26. Juni 2011 im Bürgerhaus Kastel in Wiesbaden statt. Die Veranstaltung zählte zu den offiziellen Events im Rahmen „150 Jahre Freundschaft Deutschland Japan". Als Ehrengast durfte der japanische Generalkonsul Toyei Shigeeda mit seiner Gemahlin begrüßt werden. Anlässlich des Jubiläumsjahres sprach dieser zur Eröffnung ein Grußwort an die Besucher.

Das Rahmenprogramm bestand aus einem Bühnenprogramm, Filmvorführungen, Wettbewerben, Workshops und Vorträgen, Bring & Buy, Gamesroom, dem beliebten Maidcafé "MaiDelicious", einem Japaninformationsstand, einer Fotoecke sowie Händlern und Ausstellern.


Im Showprogramm trat unter anderem die japanische J-Pop-Rock Sängerin Yuuki Nanami, das berühmte Mitglied des Gesangsduo "Jellybeans", als Solokünstlerin auf, die anschließend eine Autogrammstunde gab. Desweiteren sorgte Tsubomi, die sich auf J-Pop und J-Rock spezialisiert hat, für musikalische Unterhaltung. Sie sang viele original japanische Opening- und Ending-Songs bekannter Animeserien und Videogames sowie selbst komponierte Lieder auf Japanisch. Die Musical-Gruppe K!Seki, die sich bereits nach kürzester Zeit einen Namen in der Szene gemacht hat, wartete mit einem Stück zu „Ranma ½ -- Tropical Beat" auf. Für Comedy-Unterhaltung sorgte der Standup-Comedian Shinji Schneider, der sich auf Anime, Manga, Games und Conventions spezialisiert hat, mit seiner aktuellen Show „Con ist Krieg"; weitere Showunterhaltung bot die Tanzgruppe Team GAI, die die heißesten K-Pop und J-Pop Songs performten. Für weitere gesangli-che Unterhaltung sorgten Angelic Harmony, die Ihr Debüt mit kulturellen Tänzen und Schauspiel feierte, Toshi, ein junger japanischer Sänger sowie die schwedische Sängerin Yumizu. Einen kulturellen Beitrag brachte die Taiko Gruppe „Tatsu no ko Daigo" mit einem Repertoire, bestehend aus modernen und klassischen Trommelstücken, auf die Bühne.
