Wichtige Infos für die Standverkäufer / Important information for stand sellers
Heute nochmal zusammengefasst ein paar Informationen für unsere Standverkäufer. Wir fassen hier die wichtigsten Punkte aus unseren AGB zusammen.

Jetzt haben wir noch Zeit, Sachen zu klären. Kurz vor dem Anime-Flohmarkt ist das für uns immer sehr schwierig.
Übertragbarkeit der Standtickets
Wir möchten auch noch einmal darauf hinweisen, dass der Weiterverkauf der Standtickets verboten ist (AGB §2.1) und wir das beim Einlass auch kontrollieren. Es geht uns hierbei darum, einen Weiterverkauf zu Wucherpreisen zu verhindern.
Habt ihr bei der Anmeldung "alternative Vertragspartner" angegeben, könnt ihr das Standticket auf diese Personen umschreiben lassen (AGB §2.2). Solltet ihr also in einer Gruppe einen Tisch gemietet haben und der eigentliche Vertragspartner erkrankt z.B., habt ihr so auch ohne ihn die Standfläche sicher.
Unabhänging von den Vertragspartnern könnt ihr euch mit so vielen Leuten eine Standfläche teilen, wie ihr möchet (AGB §2.3). Also auch wenn ihr z.B. euch zu neunt einen Stand teilt, ist das in Ordnung.
Auf- & Abbau
Auf euren Standtickets steht eine Auf- und Abbauzeit. Die sind bindend. Das hat organisatorische, aber auch Sicherheitsgründe (AGB §3.1 und §3.2). Dazu hatten wir vor dem Anime-Flohmarkt 2019 schon mal ein Posting veröffentlicht, was die Hintergründe erklärt.
Tischdecken
Wir stellen euch welche, egal ob Osaka-, Yokohama- oder Tokyo-Standticket. Eigene könnt ihr auch benutzen. Die müssen dann aber zwingend schwer entflammbar sein, sprich der Brandschutzklasse B1 nach Din 4102 entsprechen und ihr müsst eine Kopie des Zertifikates mitbringen (AGB §1.4).
Urheberecht
Wir gestatten nicht den Verkauf von nicht offizielle lizenzierten Sachen. Darunter fallen auch Fanarts oder andere selbsthergestellte Sachen zu Animes, Mangas, Videospielen, usw. . Für Fragen hierzu werft bitte einen Blick auf unser Posting vom 17. September 2019.

Now we have time to sort things out. Just before the anime flea market, this is always very difficult for us.
Transferability of stand tickets
We would also like to point out once again that the resale of the stand tickets is prohibited (GTC §2.1) and we also check this at the entrance. Our aim here is to prevent resale at usurious prices.
If you have specified "alternative contractual partners" at the time of registration, you can have the stand ticket rewritten to these persons (GTC §2.2). So if you have booked a table in a group and the actual contractor falls ill, for example, you have the stand area safe without him.
Independent of the contractual partners, you can share a stand with as many people as you like (GTC §2.3). So even if you share a stand with nine people, that's fine.
Assembly & Dismantling
On your stand tickets there is a assembly and dismantling time. They are binding. This has organizational, but also security reasons (GTC §3.1 and §3.2). Before the Anime Flea Market in 2019, we had already published a posting explaining the background.
Tablecloth
We'll provide you with some, whether it's Osaka, Yokohama or Tokyo stand tickets. You can also use your own. However, they must then be flame retardant, i.e. comply with the fire protection class B1 according to Din 4102 and you must bring a copy of the certificate with you (GTC §1.4).
Copyright
We do not allow the sale of not official licensed items. This includes fanarts or other self-made items related to animes, mangas, video games, etc. . For questions, please take a look at our posting of September 17, 2019.
