Anime-Flohmarkt: Flohmarkt-Gemunkel / Flea market gossip

Bei unserer neuen Location werden die Verkaufsstände von den anderen Bereichen des Anime-Flohmarktes räumlich getrennt sein. Das erlaubt uns, die Aufbauzeiten für Standverkäufer/innen zu erweitern.

Neu ist auch ein kleiner Einlassbereich. Dieser ermöglicht es in Kombination mit gestaffelten Einlasszeiten, dass ihr als Standverkäufer/innen nicht mehr in der Kälte warten müsst.

At our new location, the stands will be spatially separated from the other areas of the Anime Flea Market. This will allow us to extend the set-up times for stand sellers.

Also new is a small admission area. In combination with differentiated admission times, this means that you as a stand seller no longer have to wait in the cold.

Am 7. Februar 2026 wird der nächste Anime-Flohmarkt stattfinden.

Wir haben eine neue Location in Berlin gefunden. Aktuell arbeiten wir u. a. am Raumplan. Es wird mehr Stände geben und wir werden eine bessere Verkehrsanbindung mit dem ÖPNV haben. Alles andere verraten wir euch in den kommenden Wochen und entsprechend werden wir ab jetzt auch wieder häufiger etwas posten.

The next Anime Flea Market will take place on 7 February 2026.

We have found a new location in Berlin. We are currently working on the room plan, among other things. There will be more stands and we will have better public transport connections. Everything else we will tell you in the coming weeks and we will again post more frequently from now on.

Leider müssen wir euch heute bekannt geben, dass im nächsten Jahr kein Anime-Flohmarkt stattfinden wird.

Wir haben intern beschlossen, dass wir euch den Grund dafür offen mitteilen wollen. Die Veranstaltungs-Location, in der wir in den letzten Jahren auch immer waren, hat dieses Mal über einen längeren Zeitraum weitestgehend unsere Kontaktversuche ignoriert, sodass wir ein paar vertragsrelevante Sachen bis Anfang Oktober nicht klären konnten.
Eigentlich wollten wir zu diesem Zeitpunkt die Standanmeldungen starten, was uns nun leider nicht möglich ist.

Da der Anime-Flohmarkt ein ehrenamtlich organisiertes Projekt ist und wir das nebenberuflich machen und auch da die Verkäuferinnen und Verkäufer, die sich bei uns für einen Stand anmelden, Planungssicherheit brauchen, haben wir uns jetzt dazu entschlossen, lieber den Flohmarkt für 2025 abzusagen, als eine chaotische Organisation zu riskieren.

Wir werden uns jetzt auf einen Anime-Flohmarkt 2026 fokussieren und haben im Zuge dessen auch schon mit der Suche nach einer neuen Location angefangen. Wenn ihr uns dabei unterstützen wollt, kommt gerne in unser Team. Alle weiteren Infos dazu, findet ihr auf unserer Website.

Unfortunately, we have to announce that there will be no Anime Flea Market Next Year.

We have decided internally that we want to tell you the reason for this openly. The event location, where we have always been in recent years, largely ignored our attempts to contact them over a longer period this time, so that we were unable to clarify a few contract-related matters until the beginning of October.
We actually wanted to start the stand registrations at this time, but unfortunately, we are now is no longer possible to do so.

As the Anime Flea Market is a project organized on a voluntary basis and we do this on a next to our jobs, and also because the sellers who register for a stand with us need planning reliability, we have now decided to cancel the flea market for 2025 rather than risk a chaotic organization.

We will now focus on an Anime Flea Market in 2026 and have already started looking for a new location. If you would like to support us, please join our team. You can find all further information on our website.

Am kommenden Freitag, 28. Juni 2024 ab 20 Uhr findet ein offenes Treffen unserer Arbeitsgruppe "Info & Anmeldung" statt. Sie trifft sich online auf unserem Discord-Spiele-Server im Voice Chat. Wenn ihr euch vorstellen könnt, Teil dieser Arbeitsgruppe zu werden, kommt gerne dazu!

Bei dem Treffen wird es u. a. um die Standanmeldung und den Auf- und Abbau des Anime-Flohmarktes gehen. Eine genaue Beschreibung der Arbeitsgruppe findet ihr auf unserer Website unter "Mithelfen" -> "Arbeitsgruppen".

Animexx-Event

On upcoming Friday, 28th June 2024, starting 8pm there will be an open meeting of our working group "Info & registration". It meets online on our Discord gaming server in the voice chat. If you can imagine becoming part of this working group, please join us!

Among other things, the meeting will deal with the registration of the stand and preparation and dismantling of the Anime Flea Market. You can find a detailed description of the working group on our website at "Take part" -> "Working groups".

Im Zuge dessen haben wir auch alle Infos um das Thema Helfer/innen und Organisations-Team neu aufbereitet und unseren kürzlichen Änderungen angepasst. Vor einigen Wochen hatten wir unser offenes Treffen gehabt und konnten unser Team auch etwas vergrößern. Wir haben uns dabei auch einen Plan gemacht, was für uns intern die nächsten Schritte sein werden. Wann der nächste Anime-Flohmarkt stattfinden wird, werden wir ca. im September öffentlich bekannt geben.

Leider sind wir nach wie vor mit dem Problem konfrontiert, dass wir zu wenig Leute sind, die sich aktiv beteiligen und wir müssen mit der Situation umgehen. Deswegen haben wir uns nun dazu entschlossen, die Betreuung unserer Accounts bei Facebook und X/Twitter einzustellen. Wir werden sie nicht löschen, aber wir werden dort vorerst nichts mehr posten und auch keine Fragen mehr beantworten.

In Zukunft möchten wir noch weitere offene Treffen machen. Für mehr Infos dazu folgt uns bitte auf Animexx, Instagram oder Mastodon.

A few weeks ago we had our open meeting and were able to expand our team a little. We have also drawn up a plan of what the next steps will be for us internally. We will announce when the next Anime Flea Market will take place in September.

Unfortunately, we are still faced with the problem that there are not enough people, who take part actively and we have to deal with the situation. For this reason, we have now decided to stop look after our accounts on Facebook and X/Twitter. We won't delete it, but we won't post anything there for the time being and we won't answer any more questions.

Morgen, 18. Februar, findet in Berlin unser offenes Treffen statt. Um 14 Uhr geht es los.

Die Tagesordnung und alle weiteren Infos könnt ihr euch in unserem Animexx-Event oder auf Fuyamu ansehen. Bitte bedenkt, dass wir nicht über einen nächsten Anime-Flohmarkt reden werden, sondern es erst einmal darum geht, unsere Organisationsstruktur neu aufzubauen.

Wenn ihr dabei sein wollt, kommt einfach vorbei. Bitte bringt ggf. etwas zum Essen und Trinken für euch selbst mit. Zwar haben wir auch Kleinigkeiten vorbereitet, aber da wir sowas zum ersten Mal machen, können wir die Mengen nur schwer einschätzen.

Wir werden morgen in einem Raum etwas weiter hinten im Gebäude sein und es sind noch andere Leute vor Ort. Vielleicht müsst ihr uns etwas suchen, aber wir kleben auf jeden Fall ein Schild an die Tür.

We will be in a room a little further back in the building tomorrow and there are other people on site. You might have to look for us, but we'll definitely put a sign on the door.

Nach langer Pause gibt es heute ein paar Neuigkeiten von uns. Wie ihr euch vielleicht schon denken könnt, werden wir in 2024 keinen Anime-Flohmarkt veranstalten. Allerdings möchten wir im kommenden Winter wieder durchstarten. Dafür brauchen wir eure aktive Unterstützung.

Der Anime-Flohmarkt ist eine ehrenamtlich organisierte Veranstaltung. D. h. wir benötigen Personen, die unentgeltlich mithelfen, ihn auf die Beine zu stellen. Uns fehlen vor allem Leute, die bei den vorbereitenden Aufgaben mitwirken. Daher rufen wir euch heute dazu auf: Kommt in unser Organisations-Team und helft mit, sodass es hoffentlich noch viele weitere Anime-Flohmärkte geben wird!

Gerade jetzt ist ein perfekter Zeitpunkt dafür, denn wir haben uns auch dazu entschieden, dass es nach all den Jahren mal unerlässlig ist, unsere gesamte interne Struktur zu hinterfragen und von Grund auf neu aufzubauen. Hieran könnt ihr auch direkt schon mitarbeiten und so Einfluss auf die Ausgestaltung nehmen. Eine grobe Richtung, in die es gehen soll, steht bereits und könnt ihr euch hier angucken.

Richtig los geht es dann am Sonntag, den 18. Februar 2024 in Berlin, denn dort werden wir ein Offenes Treffen zur Erneuerung unseres Organisations-Teams veranstalten. Möchtet ihr uns zukünftig unterstützen, schaut vorbei!
 

After a long break, here's some news from us today. As you may already have guessed, we will not organize an Anime Flea Market in 2024. However, we would like to start again next winter. For this we need your active support.

The Anime Flea Market is an event organized on a voluntary basis. This means that we need people to help organize it for free. Above all, we need people to help with the preparatory tasks. That's why we're calling on you today: Join our organization team and help so that hopefully there will be many more Anime Flea Markets!

Now is the perfect time to do this, because we have also decided that after all these years it is essential to scrutinize our entire internal structure and renew entirely. You can also join in directly to this and thus influence the our organization.
