| Wenns größere Monster sein dürfen, dürften der Original King Kong und der Original Godzilla wohl die besten sein. Wenn man es ernster will, können vereinzelte Godzillafortsetzungen wie Godzilla, Mothra, King Ghidorah: Giant Monsters All-Out Attack auch noch überzeugen. Von der Hisei Gamera Trilogie hab ich auch nur gutes gehört. Unbedingt erwähnt werden muss auch The Host, einer der besten ernsten Monsterfilme und dank Budget und Computereffekten ist er leichter ernstzunehmen als mancher Godzillafilm. Aus einem anderen japanischen Film gibt es auch noch ne Traumsequenz mit Godzilla: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oHxzAXaJOtU Kurz, aber richtig toll.
