O_________________o bei mir hat wer ganz anders geantwortet *drop* und zwar ziemlich nett und freundlich wobei es bei dir wohl nich gerade... zuvorkommend und höflich war ò.ó warte mal, ich kram mal meine Mail raus XD ----- Das hab ich geschrieben: Dear CDjapan team, with the last shipment (order nr 11500215194) we had serious trouble in receiving the ordered items. The German customs office stopped the shipment and informed us that no information about the shipped items and costs have been provided. So we had to drive to the next customs office (100km) and spent about 4 hours to open the package and to fill out all the paper work. Finally, after paying the import taxes and customs we got the package. We would appreciate if you could take care of proper customs information along with the shipment in the future. We like ordering products from you, but issues like that makes it too expensive and time consuming. All parcels we ship out have EMS slip on the package indicating the package contents and its value in addition to the sender/recipient's name, address and EMS tracking number of the parcel. We wonder why the EMS slip had not been attached to your last parcel, but we will be more careful in attaching them onto each package tightly.
