Yeah it looks better now and gosh, this has to be tough x_x; I don't ever see the mistakes in my own pictures xD but well ... :3

Only thing to complain is his left side... his shoulder is a little to wide, if he's reaching out, it should not look like that... if you know what I mean xD

Seriously, this guy looks like he's actually playing with the insides of another poor being he's looking at. :D
