I agree with Rosiel_the_sanctuary, his head is a little bit to big, but the rest is really good.^^ The trousers look very sexy *g*
I love Vegeta too. He's sooooo cool!!!!^^ I like Dragonballz much more than DragonballGT. Dragonballz was the best, Dragonballgt can't reach this.
I hope their are not so many mistakes in my text and you'll understand what I've wanted to say :P

Yeah, the body somehow doesnt work. Perhaps you can make the one part of it bigger and paint it then. too.

i think his head is a little bit to big, the throusers and the shoes are very good
