Ok I remade this fanart!!!I made the outline in black, so maybe you can see a lot better.Because I see in you're comment that you dont'understand this fanart.
mhh but the second time It also could be bulmas body...mh very interesting^^
I would say vegeta is still sleeping with a pillow under his mouth and on the right is bulmas head I think she is bending above him and watching him sleeping^^ thats my idea of this pic I like the frail colors =)
