I am not angry at you, but I am glad about the criticism!
I am starting really.
Well... A girl who flies without wings.
This means two things to me:
The 1. A totally impossible thing and because of this special.
The 2. The fruition of a dream, the achievement of an aim.

uh... I think proportionally this is not quite right...
You may look on human proportion a little bit closer! ;-)
For examle this girl seems to have no ellbows, because her arms are extremely straight.
Also the pose does not look naturally... I really don't know, what this girl is supposed to do there.
The background is... well... strange considering the fact that this girl has no wings to fly... so... I would expect her to be falling.
Another strange fact is that her hair is on her shoulders, while the scarf acts like there is much wind around her...
Makes me thing a little bit of those "3-Wetter-Taft"-comercials... I don't know if you know them, but there is a sentence lika that:
"No matter how hard wind blows. - The hairdo stays as it is!"
You should think about such things to make your picture look naturally and good.
Well... so... now I said a lot of bad things. Here are now some nicer words ;-)
I think you did the clouds quite well... maybe that's the reason why you've chosen this kind of background.
And I am happy you drew the hands.
Obviously you are a beginner in drawing and I have seen a lot of persons in your position who try to hide the hands. You did not and you drew them quite well, allthough the proportions are as I said not EXACTLY right.
But I think you'll learn that, too.
