Rules concerning adult fanarts [Diskussion]

These rules are binding, if you consider uploading artworks (Fan art, Fan fics, dōjinshis, etc.).

Animexx is not to be held liable for abuse of the fanart system and retains the right to remove forbidden artworks immediately. Users, who disagree with our rules and are caught breaking them more than once will have their account being removed.

Rules:

1) Pornographic artwork containing sexual actions and various states of arousal. This refers to visible penetration (generally referred to as "sexual act", petting (carassing). All pornographic artwork will have to be labeled as "+18" - this is to ensure proper censorship. Artwork showing only romantic moments and not offensive sexual scenes must not be censored. Please note that censoring the so called "hentai-version" is consired a double-upload and will be removed.

2) Showing breast, penis, the outer zone of the vagina in a non-aroused state and without sexual context is considered "nude art", you don't have to censor these pictures.

3) Artworks depicting harassment, sexually degrading and humilating acts are to be published in the adult-category, no exceptions are being made. The aministration retains the right to delete those artworks immediately or after publishing. Artwork showing children (Shota/Lolicon) is STRICTLY forbidden. Artwork containing slavery, humiliating acts - whether the subject is supposed to enjoy themselves or not - must be labeled "+18/hentai".

4) Artwork or texts which glorify violence, humiliation, desecration of corpses or severed body parts of living beings whether they are humans or animals and similar situations are only allowed in "hentai".

5) You are under NO circumstances allowed to send underage users and members links to texts or artworks which are published under "hentai". Violating this rule will have consequences like the deletion of your account.

Legal details:

By uploading artwork or texts you transfer rights to Animexx e.V. These rights are unrestricted, not limited to a certain period of time and non-exclusive. This means, that Animexx e.V. is allowed to advertise for the homepage, onlineclub or other parts of Animexx e.V. by using your submissions. However you are not loosing your rights concerning your own artwork.
