I like the colors, they give the picture a really soft feeling and I like how you did the outlines in blue.
They fit the picture a lot better than black ones would have done.
The dogs are cute.
Maybe you could've done the clouds in the background in the same style as the one the dogs are sitting on because they somewhat don't seem to fit to the rest of the picture. They don't look as fluffy as the one in the foreground.
But as for the colors and the drawing itself, well done. I really like it.
