I don't know Inazuma Eleven or any of the characters, but i really like the pose and hair .. . and just the whole atmosphere of the picture. Very nicely done.
Especially, I love the contrast between the purple and turquoise colours ... they're so flashy and cool, kinda jumping out at the viewer.
He certainly does look ... uh ... girly, though^^ But once you really look at him, it becomes clear that its a guy, so that seems to be well done, too (I don't know how girly he usually looks, so I guess I can't really say anything about that).
Also, like Anshie, I really like your decription. I mean ... yeah, wind sparkles. Of course it does.
