I reread the passage now... somehow it wasn't that obvous to me :) Billie Holiday is just someone to adore... and deserves to be praised... :D But I guess i simply overread that :-P but cool idea!

Actually, the actual hint was that she and Yani pull the same face whenever they see someone they have a crush on. Just a few pages earlier. Billie Holiday was a semi-hint. A very heavy, heavy celebrity crush ;)
