Yes.. and that's the point where Adam urgently should say "I don't think so" and step out of that guy's life. Because if he doesn't things certainly will get complicated. But being gentle and soft as Adam is he won't (be able to) say it and things inescapably become complicated due to the fact that he just can't forget about Julien and though is trying to make a relationship with Mark work and thus contemporaneously is two-timing that guy inside. Marc will find out sooner or later and will be sad. Adam won't be able to hide it anymore and will be sad, too. And Julien will still be a coward afraid loosing his so called reputation making Adam even more sad.. And sadly everyone will be sad.
