Something very Scottish - Bonnie Prince Charlie - about this very pleasant winter outfit. I love the deep rich burgundy of Your lovely cape, making a nice contrast with Your pink skirt. But - eeek - I am SO sorry you could not find better matching shoes - nice thouth they are in themselves, they just do NOT complement Your outfit at all.
