Heute gibt es eine kleine Auswertung, wie das Kaufen und Verkaufen auf dem Online-Anime-Flohmarkt 2021 aus unserer Sicht lief.

Wann immer man ein neues Konzept umsetzt, ist es schwer vorauszusagen, wie gut es funktionieren wird und entsprechend war es für uns ein recht abenteuerliches Unterfangen in diesem Jahr. An der Stelle möchten wir uns nochmals bei allen Verkäufer:innen bedanken. Das war auch für euch etwas komplett Neues und daher vielen Dank, dass ihr uns so einen Vertrauensvorschuss gewährt und unseren Online-Shop und die verlinkten Verkaufsplattformen ausprobiert habt!

Insbesondere zu unserem Online-Shop möchten wir euch ein paar konkretere Infos geben. Es waren insgesamt ca. 350 Artikel eingestellt und ca. jeder fünfte davon wurde verkauft. Außerdem wurden uns während der Verkaufszeit keine Probleme gemeldet, weder von Käufer:innen noch von Verkäufer:innen und das sehen wir als ein gutes Zeichen an.

Uns sind ein paar Sachen aufgefallen, die man verbessern könnte und die haben wir uns notiert. Zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt wissen wir allerdings noch nicht, ob wir nochmal einen Online-Anime-Flohmarkt machen werden. Wir hoffen, dass der nächste Flohmarkt wieder offline in Berlin stattfinden kann.

Today there is a little evaluation of how the buying and selling on the Online Anime Flea Market 2021 went from our point of view.

Whenever you implement a new concept, it's hard to predict how well it will work, and accordingly it's been a pretty adventurous venture for us this year. At this point we would like to thank all the sellers once again. This was also something completely new for you and so thank you for giving us your trust and trying out our online shop and the linked sales platforms!

Particularly about our online shop we would like to give you some more concrete information. Altogether about 350 articles were set and about one in five of them was sold. Besides, no problems were reported to us during the sales period, neither by buyers or by sellers and we see this as a good sign.

We've noticed a few things that could be improved and we made a note of them. At this stage, however, we do not know if we will make an Online Anime Flea Market once more. We hope that the next flea market can take place offline in Berlin (Germany) again.

By the way, we are still looking for (honorary) helpers and even division managers and would be happy if you would like to support us. Further information with the descriptions of the tasks and rewards can be found on our website.

The goal was to find a secret black market. If you had discovered it, you could take part in the raffle for a great manga package. In addition, there was the opportunity for you on the black market to buy two exclusive articles that you could not find in our normal online shop.

Unser Online-Event ist vorbei, wobei das Kaufen und Verkaufen noch bis zum 31. Januar 2021 möglich sein wird. Von uns gibt es heute eine kleine Auswertung des vergangenen Wochenendes.

Wir hatten am Samstag ab ca. 11.45 Uhr eine Serverüberlastung aufgrund der enormen Zugriffe auf unsere Website. Das war so massiv, dass unser Website-Team kaum noch in der Lage war, etwas an der Website zu bearbeiten und wir dadurch Probleme hatten, alles pünktlich freizuschalten. Uns war natürlich von vorneherein klar, dass manche direkt zu Beginn auf den Online-Shop zugreifen werden, nicht aber in dem Ausmaß.

Nachdem wir alles freigeschaltet hatten, lief es dann aber ganz gut. Unsere digitale Infrastruktur und unsere internen Abläufe in Bezug auf unseren Online-Shop haben so funktioniert, wie wir uns das vorgestellt hatten. Wir konnten alle Bestellunge an die Verkäufer:innen weiterleiten und es fiel uns auch sehr leicht den Überblick zu behalten.

Worüber wir hingegen weniger glücklich sind, ist unser Online-Programm. Es hat leider nicht den Anklang gefunden, den wir uns erhofft hatten. Selbst bei dem einfachen und wenig aufwändigen Bilderrätsel haben sehr wenig Leute mitgemacht. Wir wollten euch einen schönen Tag bereiten und dann ist es schade, fast nur als Verkaufsplattform wahrgenommen zu werden.

Unser Discord-Spieleserver, unsere Schnitzeljagd und unser Bilderrätsel bleiben die kommenden Wochen noch bestehen, auch wenn es nun nichts mehr zu gewinnen gibt. Wenn ihr es also nochmal probieren möchtet, legt los!

Our online event is over, but the buying and selling will be possibele until 31. January 2021. Today we have a small evaluation of the past weekend.

We had a server load on Saturday from about 11.45 a.m. due to the enormous access to our website. This was so massive that our website team was barely able to edit anything on the website and we had problems to unlock everything on time. Of course, we knew from the start that some people would access the online shop right from the start, but not to the extent.

After we had unlocked everything, however, things went quite well. Our digital infrastructure and our internal processes in relation to our online shop worked as we had imagined. We were able to forward all orders to the sellers and it was also very easy for us to keep track.

What we are less happy about, however, is our online program. Unfortunately, it did not have the response we hoped for. Even with the simple and uncomplicated picture puzzle, very few people have participated. We wanted to give you a nice day and then it's a pity to be perceived almost only as a sales platform.

Our Discord game server, our scavenger hunt and our picture puzzle will remain in the coming weeks, even if there is nothing left to win. So if you want to try it again, get started!

Eine kleine Anmerkung zu unserer bereits angekündigten Schnitzeljagd: Sie wird schwer ... also so richtig schwer.

Wir wollten nicht nur ein simples Frage-Antwort-Spiel machen und haben stattdessen einen spielerischeren Ansatz gewählt. Die Schnitzeljagd wird einen Anime/Manga-Bezug haben. Jedoch verschafft es euch nur einen sehr kleinen Vorteil, wenn ihr die betreffenden Serien kennt. Viel entscheidender für das Lösen der sehr unterschiedlichen Rätsel ist, dass ihr Sachen recherchiert, logisch schlussfolgert und ausprobiert.

Zu gewinnen gibt es ein großes Manga-Paket von Egmont Manga, dass sie uns netterweise hierfür zur Verfügung gestellt haben.

A little note about our already announced scavenger hunt: It's going to be difficult ... we mean really difficult.

We didn't just want to do a simple question-and-answer game and so we choose for a more playful approach instead. The scavenger hunt will have an anime/manga reference. However, knowing the series in question will only give you a very small advantage. Much more important for solving the very different puzzles is that you research things, logically conclude and try out.

Auf unserem Online-Event am 16. Januar 2021 startet um 14.00 Uhr (MEZ, UTC +1) unser Pokémon Schwert & Schild-Turnier.

Gespielt wird nach den Regeln für den Einzelkampf - Serie 7 für Rangkämpfe. Ihr stellt ein Team aus sechs Pokémon zusammen, von denen dann jeweils drei im Kampf antreten werden. Dabei werden die Level eurer Pokémon auf 50 gesetzt. Ihr könnt bis 16.59 Uhr maximal 10 Kämpfe austragen und wer dabei die meisten für sich entscheidet, gewinnt das Turnier.

Um am Pokémon-Turnier und auch an unseren anderen Spiele-Gewinnspielen teilzunehmen, müsst ihr euch vorher bei uns über unsere anmelden.

The game is played according to the rules for the single battle - series 7 for ranked battle. You will put together a team of six Pokémon, three of which will each compete in a fight. The levels of your Pokémon will set to 50. You can play a maximum of 10 fights until 4:59 p.m. and whoever wins the most wins the tournament.

To participate in the Pokémon Tournament and our other prize games of games, you must register with us in advance.

Dieses Jahr konnte sich der Anime-Flohmarkt über mehrere Rekorde freuen. Neben der bislang größten Verkaufsfläche konnten wir das Rainbow Cake inklusive Speisekarte stark vergrößern und uns über einen neuen Besucherrekord freuen.

Spielt japanbezogene Brett- und Kartenspiele!

Wir haben verschiedene Plattformen im Netz herausgesucht, auf denen ihr kostenlos mit- und gegeneinander Machi Koro, Shogi, Koi Koi, Go und das Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG spielen könnt. Außerdem wird es einen Discord-Server geben, auf dem ihr euch untereinander als Spielpartner finden könnt. Dort könnt ihr euch auch die entsprechenden Spielregeln durchlesen oder gerne auch von unseren Helfern per Voice Chat erklären lassen.

Tretet gegen uns an und gewinnt tolle Preise!

Spielt ihr gegen Leute aus unserem Team, habt ihr die Möglichkeit Punkte zu gewinnen. Diejenigen unter euch, die am Ende des Tages in jeweils einem Spiel die meisten davon eingesackt haben, gewinnen tolle Preise. Wir konnten in diesem Jahr den Kosmos-Verlag als Sponsor dazugewinnen, die uns großzügig mit Brett- und Kartenspielen dafür ausstatten.

Pokémon-Schwert&Schild-Turnier

Zusätzliche werden wir ein Pokémon-Schwert&Schild-Turnier auf der Nintendo Switch veranstalten, bei dem ihr ebenfalls etwas gewinnen könnt. Unsere Helfer machen auch dabei mit, um euch den Sieg etwas zu erschweren.
