Today's event is a convention called JapanCity. This was the second JapanCity in a row and took place at a former imperial residence in Vienna: Neugebäude Palace (German: Schloss Neugebäude)

Beschreibung: What do you receive when combining a fog machine with a sophisticated heat beam!? The answer is: Flaming Peppermint! I borrow a laser device from a friend of mine and try to reenact the Futurama opening scene. I did a pretty will job but for some unknown reasons there is a weird looking girl in my composition. Well, I just dealt with it.

This time our subject is Hayakawa Yuzuko from Yuzuko Peppermint -- a series we do know so little about, because for some strange reasons this story isn't translated yet. The reason why we do this in English rather than our native language is simply that we guess, our main fan base and/or visitors to our site and our deviantART accounts are mostly native English speaking people or at least not German. So be a gent and do not mock because of the speech.

Today's event is a small convention called FUYU-Convention 2013 in Styria. It is called "Fuyu" since it is the Japanese word for winter -- and winter it is in Austria these days.

Beschreibung: Oh boy, I was really glad that we had this done without using actual Nixie tubes...because besides of the costs, I'm not that good as an electrician. But I do hope you like our replacement since it gave us the opportunity to actually attach it to the original construct. And I have to say: The wire looked pretty neet, even as a standalone decoration for the figure.
