I am usually not one to enjoy those type of fanfictions (mostly because once I see "reader/XYZ" I assume the worst). Nevertheless, I had the feeling that giving this one a try might turn out good - which it did.
The way it is written is quite appealing and I love how this story unfolds.
I might even enjoy a sequel of sorts ;)
Also: thank you for doing this in English. I rarely read german fanfictions and would never even considered this one either if it were not for the fact that it is written in English.
I too have my share of grammar problems, but I want to start writing Englisch stuff in the future too.
So yea, thanks for doing this the way you did - you did great!
