Dancing the Shadows

This story was originally conceived in 1999, and I decided that it is well worth being continued and finished, when I looked into the finished chapters recently. The fact that I used Crystal Armours for Persephoneia's warriors is a real coincidence, and I will stick to it, even though there is another official Saint Seiya storyline now that also employs armours based on gemstones.

"Dancing the Shadows" is set right after "Rota Taro", another fanfic of mine, but it's not necessary to read the former story to understand it (just know that all the Saints that were killed during the Hades Chapter are alive again. How this came about will be told in Rota Taro).

"Dancing the Shadows" is an epic in ancient tradition that sees the advent of a new powerful adversary who has all reason to take revenge on Zeus's favourite daughter and her Warrior Saints.

As my stories all fit together, I probably should give a little overview about what belongs where. In my universe all of the stories cover several time periods:

* To Serve Sanctuary is about the normal life in Sanctuary and how the Gold Saints originally were chosen (if I ever get there, that is XD)
* Price of the Cloth describes how the Goldies attained their Cloths and at which price
* The S-Files is just a fun story about two Graude Foundation scientists examining Cloths & Saints (to help Professor Asamori later with the Steel Cloths ^_^)
* In Rota Taro Athena has to face Gaia and justify herself for the wars - and there the dead Saints get revived.
* Dancing the Shadows takes place after Rota Taro and deals with Persephoneia's wrath because of her husband's defeat.
* Aftermath - Path into the Light was originally the epilogue of Dancing the Shadows, but due to the somewhat adult content I decided to treat this as a side story to DtS. It's about DeathMask and Shaina's relationship.
* The 13th Zodiac Sign ist about a new Gold Saint among the Saints of Athena.
* Finally, S-Files: Next Try is another take on an examination of the Saints, this time with interviews about their childhood and past.
